Pick a product! Product pages include photo, description and price. Tip: Always check out the sale or clearance section.
STEP 3
Take note of the Product URL on the Product Page. Copy and paste the Product Page URL into the AORA Input Bar and click Add To Cart!
STEP 4

The product details will show up on the next page. We have 2 types, automatic (for US sites we support) and manual (for other US stores).

Select the Quantity and/or Product Options you desire. Remember to add any promo codes or additional instructions that you would like us to take note of!

STEP 5

When you are done and have added to cart, click checkout to proceed to key in your shipping and delivery details. You can add multiple items from different stores to your cart for a single checkout.

AUTOMATED

Key in your delivery details. We can ship direct to your home or you can designate a pick up at a POPstation. (Only for Singapore deliveries.)

MANUAL

You will receive an email and be notified when your quote is ready. Once notified, you can review your prices.

STEP 7

Review the final checkout page and make payment. AORA accepts major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard) and popular cryptocurrencies (Bitcoin / Ethereum). Refunds for shipping (after repacking) and promo code savings will be processed separately after payment.

2. Agent fee will be 7% per order.
3. GST will be applicable if the purchase order is above SGD $400.
WHAT DOES THE 7% SERVICE FEE COVER?
We purchase from the store on your behalf and ensure delivery to our US facility.
We receive and inspect the goods at our facility to ensure your order is correct and there is no visible physical damage.
We repack your order if there are multiple products for efficient sizing and lower shipping costs.
We prepare all necessary shipping and customs information as well as arrange delivery for your package to your doorstep.
We assist with order tracking and any post-order issues that might arise.
